In my early twenties my best friend and I eager to take a break from the city wanted to spend a night sleeping under the stars. We drove to Plum Island from Somerville Massachusetts with sleeping bags and snacks. The warm sandy dunes, crashing ocean waves and starlit sky on the island felt exhilarating. Snuggled in our sleeping bags, gazing into the universe we chatted about life’s biggest questions. We felt happy and free. Then a strange disc of golden light appeared on the horizon. As it moved toward us it would suddenly slip away and return. We were no longer speaking, we were sitting up staring over the sea, watching the disc dance toward us in the sky. Finally, we turned toward each other with fear in our eyes and silently and slowly stood up, gathered our things, and walked to the car. We knew we had just seen a UFO.
The first recorded UFO sighting in the US occurred in 1905 in Portland Oregon. From 1980 to 1990 the time of my sighting there was boom of sightings in the US from 5,000 to 10,000. Today, UFO sightings are higher than ever. Have you or has someone you know seen a UFO? A dozen astronauts have reported seeing UFOs while traveling in space.
Donald Slayton, a Mercury astronaut, revealed in an interview he had seen UFOs in 1951. In 1962 Major Robert White exclaimed over the radio: “There ARE things out there! There absolutely is!” In 1971, Edgar Mitchell became the sixth person to walk on the moon. He spent the rest of his life convinced “aliens have been observing us and have been here for some time.” The spaceman firmly believed the American government covered up the famous Roswell incident in 1947, when a flying disc allegedly crashed near a small town in New Mexico.
Why? Because authorities are afraid people may become frightened and because many governments have hidden the existence of both UFO’s and extraterrestrials for decades, they are reluctant to disclose this information today. They are afraid of backlash and panic from the public. Society could go into mayhem, governments who are hiding information from each other may enter wars, economic chaos may ensue, and certain religious beliefs would be challenged. So, it all remains hidden. Yet, many whistle blowers and spiritual teachers believe disclosure is immanent. The problem with all the coverups is that they create so much misinformation and hoaxes.
Abduction is the spookiest part of this whole area. When I was a little girl, I had experiences with strange little beings in my bedroom. They did me no harm, but I feared them. This was often accompanied by sleep paralysis which is a common experience in people who have been abducted by aliens. I thought the menacing little beings in my room were part of my dreams until one night my cousin Jennifer spent the night and she saw them too.
One to three percent of the population has been abducted. The first abductions reported and documented occurred in the 1950’s. Alien abductions have been the subject of conspiracy theories and science fiction storylines. Alien abduction is often reported as an unpleasant experience where abductees are captured and subjected to complex physical and psychological procedures. Most scientists and mental health professionals dismiss the phenomena as deception, suggestibility, psychopathology and more.
I was transported through time and space to a forest where I sat in a circle on the earth in the moonlight with about a dozen extraterrestrials. I felt intimately connected to these beings. It felt as if I had finally arrived home with my people. The love and peace and safety I felt was immense. As I looked around the circle at all the beings feeling as if I was one of them but also knowing I was human, I glanced down at my body and realized that I shared their form. The being who seemed to be the leader began revealing information to us about the earth and the future of humanity so that we could all return to our lives and assist humanity in the transitions to occur. It was not until I was back in my apartment and in my bed that I began to freak out. I wanted to get out of my bed and write everything down, but the fear kept me safe under my sheets. Over the following weeks I kept the whole incident a secret out of fear of seeming crazy, but I felt I had been changed in some way and I needed to talk to someone. One day I was having lunch with one of my yoga students who was very interested in the chakra work I was offering. For some reason I felt safe telling her about my experience. Coincidentally, she was connected to a community of people who had been abducted and counselors who could help me understand my experience. I realized I had not been abducted but summoned by extraterrestrials. They did no experiments on me, and I seemed to be with them freely. A counselor I saw told me about Dr. John Mack.
Dr. John Mack was the head of psychiatry at Harvard commenced a decade-plus study of 200 men and women who reported recurrent alien encounter experiences in the 1990s. Mack found that his abductees had above average intelligence, no prior history of psychiatric episodes but were traumatized by the event but did not talk about it. That was me! Many of those he interviewed reported that their encounters had affected the way they regarded the world, including producing a heightened sense of spirituality and environmental concern.
I also discovered that a few years before my experience with extraterrestrials there had been a conference at MIT focusing on the Alien Abduction Experience. The book “Alien Discussions” was the result of the papers presented at the conference which marked the transition to a new era in thinking about UFO related issues.
Six months later I had a new life in Connecticut with my husband. Years later I remember waking up one day realizing I had created a normal life. I was married, had a child, a yellow lab, lived in a colonial, and drove an old Volvo station wagon. Cambridge and extraterrestrials felt far away.
Then I had another visitation by the same beings. I was no longer afraid, so I began reading books about extraterrestrials. David Icke, Whitley Strieber, Zecharia Stitchen, and Steven Greer convinced me that extraterrestrials exist on nearby planets, other galaxies, multi-universes, and right here on planet earth. I discovered that Jesus was an extraterrestrial, an Arthurian, who used fifth dimensional technology in his ministry, and how upset he is that so many people have distorted his messages of love and light.
It is not my goal to convince you that extraterrestrials exist. I am simply conveying my story. Although if we believe that we are the only gig in the multiverse than we are way more self-absorbed than we appear to be. My current experience with extraterrestrials is filled with love and hope. They are indeed worried about the earth right now. Some of them come from the future and are traveling through time to support us in the transitions occurring on our planet. I am connected to the Pleiadeans, the Hathors, the Sirians, and the Arcturians. They have come to me through meditations, shamanic journeying, dreams, and individuals who channel their words. Most of the work they invite me to do involves opening and clearing magnetic lines of energy within and around the earth as a form of healing. They are all intergalactic multidimensional beings reaching earth from other universes through star gates and portals. They are wise, loving, and humorous. They stand for the advancement of life, intelligence, and benevolence. They believe we all should be free if our freedom does not limit the freedom of others. They view many religions and governments as obstacles to our developing consciousness, the higher evolution of humanity, and the stewardship of the earth. They refer to the Great Mystery as all realities simultaneously. They may be our greatest and most knowledgeable teachers at this time. They are here to assist us in saving humanity and our great mother earth.
I am here to channel the star energy, the light from whence I came, whence we all ultimately came. The body, mind, and spirit exist to create peace, freedom and joy….a higher vibration on earth so that our great mother will exist through eternity because souls need this planet to continue to evolve their being back to their original form as this is a grand place to process unresolved issues with the self, between selves and among others.
Although many star beings are loving and helpful, there are extraterrestrial groups who have used humans and the natural world to push their agenda of fear and control.
We can escape this negative field in various ways:
What we choose to do is dependent on our consciousness and our reason for incarnation. Consumerism, addiction, AI, politics, and industrialization are obstacles to our evolution.
There are light codes in the form of geometrics with sound encoded matrixes that can be energetically activated in all living forms that can assist humans and the earth in healing. These codes are simply recognized and revealed in meditative states. They are universal but individual and specific for each soul. They can be transmitted to humans through the mind, sound and touch and shift vibrational fields to eliminate ancient wounds and contracts creating space for healing, freedom and joy. Cleansing and clearing of unhealthy disturbing entities and energies is crucial for the soul to be activated in this new dimension.
